KhmerFinds and its service providers may also receive basic technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, authentication records, timestamps, and security logs.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used to operate accounts, display and moderate listings, provide buyer-and-seller messaging, send account or listing notifications, prevent spam and abuse, investigate reports, improve the website, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Public Listings and Messages
Listing titles, descriptions, photos, location, seller name, and contact information may be visible publicly after owner approval. Do not post information you do not want the public to see.
Private messages are intended for the buyer and seller participating in the conversation. KhmerFinds may access or preserve messages when reasonably necessary to investigate a report, protect users, enforce the Terms, maintain security, or comply with law.
5. Data Retention and Your Choices
Information may be retained while your account, listing, or conversation remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, and legal compliance.
Registered users can manage their listings through My Listings. To request account deletion, access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact KhmerFinds. Some information may be retained when legally required or necessary for security and dispute records.
6. Security
KhmerFinds uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their passwords and devices and should report suspected unauthorized account access promptly.
8. Children
KhmerFinds is not intended for children. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit listings, use messaging, or conduct transactions through contacts made on KhmerFinds.
