1. Acceptance and Eligibility
By using KhmerFinds, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Safety Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter agreements to create an account, submit a listing, message another user, or conduct a transaction.
2. KhmerFinds Is a Listing Platform
KhmerFinds provides a place for users to publish and discover local listings. KhmerFinds is not the buyer, seller, employer, employee, broker, agent, lender, escrow company, payment processor, inspector, attorney, accountant, or guarantor in transactions between users.
KhmerFinds does not verify every identity, item, business, job, property, statement, photo, license, ownership claim, or financial claim. Owner approval means only that a listing was allowed to appear; it is not an endorsement or verification.
3. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate information, maintain only accounts you are authorized to use, protect your password, and promptly notify KhmerFinds of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
4. Listings and User Content
You may post only content that is truthful, lawful, relevant, and that you have permission to publish. You retain ownership of your content.
By submitting content, you grant KhmerFinds a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, moderate, and improve the website. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for backups, legal records, and content already shared outside the website.
5. Prohibited Activity
You may not use KhmerFinds for fraud, spam, harassment, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, intellectual-property violations, unauthorized data collection, malicious code, interference with the website, or any illegal or dangerous activity.

6. User Transactions and Disputes
Users are solely responsible for investigating listings, verifying identities and ownership, negotiating terms, inspecting goods or property, checking licenses and records, obtaining professional advice, choosing payment methods, and completing transactions safely.
Any agreement or dispute is between the participating users. KhmerFinds may help review reports but is not required to mediate, refund money, enforce private agreements, or compensate users for losses.
7. Messaging
Messaging may be used only for legitimate questions and transactions related to listings. Do not send spam, threats, harassment, payment scams, phishing links, or requests for passwords, verification codes, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary financial information.
8. Moderation and Account Action
KhmerFinds may review, reject, edit, limit, suspend, remove, preserve, or disclose listings, messages, or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to reports, protect users, maintain security, or comply with law. KhmerFinds may act without advance notice.
9. Website Availability and Changes
Features may change, pause, or end at any time. KhmerFinds does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, a particular search position, a successful sale, a response from another user, or a specific number of views.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
KhmerFinds is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, KhmerFinds disclaims warranties and is not liable for user content, user conduct, unsafe meetings, fraud, failed transactions, lost profits, data loss, indirect damages, or actions of third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Responsibility for Claims
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and reimburse KhmerFinds and its owner for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your content, conduct, transaction, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a dispute, users should first contact KhmerFinds and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally.
13. Changes to These Terms
KhmerFinds may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
